A friend made a relatively good suggestion to me. Its far fetched, but what if 600+ ENGR students donated 10 bucks each and we tried to win the Power Ball. The jackpot is always huge. A huge donation could be made to Tulane under the condition that Cowen leaves and the School of Engineering remains entact and is expanded. Then 1 million could be split evenly between all who donated. Its a long shot but imagine the outcome if successful.

Although someone won the huge 365mil jackpot, the powerball will grow again like it always does.
