From ESPN article:

"The school's alumni and interested philanthropists around the country have responded en masse, pledging nearly $25 million since the storm. The school is asking donors to make their gifts on an unrestricted basis so that school officials can address the greatest needs of the university's facilities and programs."

"...school's recovery, which will cost approximately $200 million, according to school officials."

"The city that surrounds the campus is still struggling, and Tulane isn't what it used to be either. When the school reopens, there will be 230 fewer professors and some 4,000 fewer students."

From City Business:

"The idea was to figure out the best way to rebound from $200 million in structural damage, $100 million in operating losses "

"Despite all the changes, Cowen said he expects 88 percent of Tulane’s 11,000 students back on campus."

One time it's 200 million, another time it's 300 million in loses. One day it's 4,000 students are leaving, and the next 88% (of 11,000 total) are returning. Read the articles for yourself:

Cowen brags that Tulane has been mentioned in the media 52 million times since the storm. Try and find more inconsistencies that we can use against them.

From November ASEE Prism magazine:

"Geography should abet Tulane's efforts to resume classes in the spring. It's located in southwest New Orleans, an area that experienced less flooding than some other areas. Only a handful of campus buildings were flooded, none of them used by the engineering school. Most of the damage consisted of broken windows. "

Those must have been some high priced windows

“While Tulane, for instance, is hoping to receive insurance reimbursement both for storm damage and for some of the revenue it lost when it had to shut down..."

Again form city business:

"Tulane slashed $100 million from its annual operating budget..."

From the Jewish week:

"The cuts are expected to slash university expenses by a reported $50 million."
